Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Please note: Whilst still shipping normally, the surge in online deliveries is affecting delivery times. Please note that any delays are largely out of our hands and we appreciate your patience. For states where there are strict border controls, we are experiencing longer delays than usual.
Please factor in an extra 4-5 days to be safe when placing your order.
Just a Glass Australia currently offers shipping via Sendle, Australia Post and select other couriers.
Express post available for $20 flat rate via Australia Post is available at the checkout. Please note some delays may still occur during peak times.
Sendle uses a road-delivery network that is efficient and swift. When you place your order, you will receive a unique tracking number and delivery estimate so you can follow your orders progress to your door.
We ship to all to all states of Australian with a flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $69.
Shipping is FREE for all Australian orders $70 and over.
International shipping to New Zealand is for the Just a Glass Curated Wine box only. Excludes all other products.
Shipping to New Zealand is flat rate of $55 registered EXPRESS post via Australia Post. Due to the impact of COVID the shipping times may vary however express shipping times are between 10-12 business days.
As deliveries are made during business hours, often your place of work is a good option for shipping.
Any instructions you provide will be a guide for Sendle and our other courier companies to follow – please use the order notes on the checkout page.
If you are not in attendance when delivery is attempted a delivery notification card will be left and your goods will be attempted to be delivered again. Deliveries unclaimed within 7 days will be returned to us and your account will be credited less shipping costs.
If the person in attendance at the delivery address is considered by the delivery driver to be under 25 years of age, proof of age will be requested. If suitable proof of age cannot be produced, the person will be advised that the parcel will be redelivered when proof of age identification is available.
Our selected couriers reserve the right to leave a card (instead of your order). This may occur if there is no clear instruction where to leave the order, someone without proof of age attempts to receive the order or the courier is concerned there are minors at your property.
Just a Glass Australia and the contracted courier company will not be held responsible for missing goods.
Orders will dispatch within 24 hours of your placing it if you order before 1pm Monday to Thursday.*
Orders placed Friday through to Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

A signature is required on all deliveries. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery the courier will leave a note for later collection by you from a range of partner premises close by. The person collecting the wines from the Collection point must be 18 or over and able to present identification corresponding to the name of the consignee. If the order is not collected within 5 working days, it may be returned to Just a Glass Australia and additional handling costs plus freight charges will be applied to a request for re-delivery.
Just a Glass Australia will not deliver wines to anyone less than 18 years of age. If there is any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, our delivery drivers are obliged to request some form of photographic ID. If that recipient is unable to produce appropriate ID then the delivery driver will be unable to leave the wine.
Just a Glass Australia cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect incomplete addresses provided by customers. If the address is incorrect and the delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase. If the address is incorrect and/or the delivery is refused or unable to be completed, then the order will be returned to our distribution centre and additional handling costs plus freight charges will be applied to a request for re-delivery. If the address is incorrect and the delivery is refused or unable to be completed and the customer chooses no re-delivery then a handling charge and all applicable freight charges will be deducted from any refund made. To avoid these costs, we recommend that you double check your address details to ensure that all information provided is correct and in full.
Permission to leave wine unattended/signature not required
Just a Glass Australia and contractors associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from the Permission to leave wine unattended/signature not required method. You agree to release Just a Glass Australia from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.
Please note that under certain circumstances Just a Glass Australia may not be able to leave your delivery as directed under a Permission to leave wine unattended/signature not required. Please also note our courier drivers cannot call before delivery.
