Can I track my online order?
A confirmation email with tracking ID will be emailed to you once your order has been processed. If you have not received a confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can track your order for you.
$10 flat rate shipping Australia wide.
Express post option available at the checkout with a flat rate fee of $20 Australia wide. Please note delays may still occur in peak periods.
Free shipping on orders over $150. If you qualify for ‘Free Shipping’ then it will be displayed at the checkout.
Orders received before 1pm (AESDT) Monday to Thursday will be dispatched within 24 hours.
Orders received Friday to Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

Where is Just a Glass Australia wine sourced from and made?
100% of our wines are made from grapes sourced within Victoria from the coast of Mornington Peninsula and inland of Yarra Valley through to Rutherglen and the Murray Darling. Each variety is carefully curated to select the absolute best wine which is then bottled in the Otway’s of regional Victoria.
Do you wholesale your wine?

Excellent question. YES! Find recipes on our website or on our social channels on different ways you can enjoy just a glass.

Where is Just a Glass Australia stocked?
Currently our wine is only available here at www.justaglassaustralia.com.au however as our stockist list grows we will ensure we update our website and social channels to keep you informed.
Where should I store my wine?
In a cool place with a preferred constant temperature of 14 degrees. The most important thing is to have no sudden fluctuation in temperature. Storing under the bed would be fine but do not store it in an attic.
What if I do not like the wine?
The great thing about tastebuds is we all have them, and they are all unique. However unfortunately we cannot provide a refund based on taste. If however the product is faulty in any way we would have you return the product so we can ensure any manufacturing issues are rectified and the product would be replaced or refunded on return of the faulty product.
